Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager full time in the Mid Cape. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Monthly Billing, Payroll, Document Preparation, Research, Client Contact on Phone and in Person, Bank Deposits, Copying, Filing, Mailings and Office Errands.  This position has a high level of detailed work. Proficiency with MS Office software is required with knowledge of Quickbooks and/or BillQuick software desired.  Successful applicant must have a car and valid driver’s  license  and a minimum of two years experience in an administrative position.  Job pays $16 to $ 20 dollars an hour plus benefits.
