The Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board (C&I WIB) is a regional, private sector led agency responsible for overseeing all publicly funded vocational education and training programs serving the entire Cape and the Islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket .

Youth Services

The Youth Council is a collaboration among businesses and educational professionals, local government, community leaders and youth that aim to provide all youth with opportunities to become productive members of the community.

Job Seekers

Career Opportunities serves adults 22 and older, youth ages 14 -21, and those 55 and over who are seeking employment. Most of the services provided are prepaid by our tax dollars. As a result, it costs job seekers and employers nothing to take advantage of these services. To benefit from these services, all a job seeker or employer needs do is become a member of Career Opportunities.

Workforce Investment Board

The Workforce Training Fund is a state fund enacted into law in July 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers. Its purpose is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.

What Is The Workforce Training Fund Express Program?

The Workforce Training Fund Express is a program designed for small employers and labor unions to quickly and simply provide training for employees. The program utilizes existing training courses where a pricing structure already exists.
